All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement via the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship only within the 50 United States, excluding APO/FPO addresses and military bases.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. See our Returns Policy for details.

Orders may be canceled only before processing for shipping. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are reviewed individually; a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Prime Scientific supplies reference materials intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and a qualified professional or researcher purchasing materials for legitimate laboratory research only.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.

Prime Scientific makes no claims regarding safety, efficacy, or legality of use for any purpose outside of in-vitro laboratory research.
