Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or U.S. territories outside the 50 states.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Issues
Prime Scientific is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delivery to an address that does not meet our shipping eligibility requirements above.
