No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@primescientificlab.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
